Jo & Chris’ Winter Wedding at Clevedon Hall, Somerset

At the beginning of 2024 I had the pleasure of photographing Jo & Chris’s beautiful Winter wedding at Clevedon Hall in Somerset. These two set the bar pretty high, it really was a fantastic start to the year! When it came to adding personal flair, Chris & Jo certainly knew how to make their special day stand out. I particularly enjoyed capturing their first look, moments before walking down the aisle together to say their ‘I do’s’.

As a Somerset wedding photographer I’ve been fortunate to photograph at this stunning venue a number of times and it never disappoints; Clevedon Hall is a hidden gem. The interior décor is spectacular and offers endless photo opportunities (not to mention the stunning grounds with its beautiful gardens, lake and very own deer!). Utilising some of these unique spaces into their couple portraits was something that Jo & Chris were keen to do. Their ceremony was held in the bright and sunny Orangery followed by drinks reception in the Great Hall. The conservatory that linked these two spaces together, with its impressive botanical display offered the perfect setting for their formal photos.

It was such a pleasure for me to photograph Jo & Chris’s wedding and celebrations, I couldn’t have asked for two nicer people to work with! Enjoy just a selection of highlights from their day…
