I’ll draw up a contract for us both to sign (all done digitally). Then I’ll invoice you for the deposit payment to be made via bank transfer.

How much is the deposit?

£100. I’ve decided to keep low deposits during Covid-19 times to help out my clients.

Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes! Beautifully crafted and printed with a lay-flat page design, available in 2 sizes. See above section for full album details.

Are you insured?

Yes, of course! Public liability & professional indemnity.

How many weddings do you photograph each year?

I photograph around 15 weddings each year. The remainder of my time is shared across a few different platforms of photography. I photograph at 2 busy portrait studios as well as running my own outdoor portrait photo session throughout the year.

What happens if my wedding can’t go ahead because of a local or national lockdown? / What if I wish to postpone my wedding?

I can hold your deposit for your new wedding date. If I am already booked for your new date, I can offer one my trusted associates services on my behalf.

What happens if you are unwell and can’t attend my wedding for whatever reason?

During most of my weddings there will be 2 photographers, this offers an instant ‘back-up’. If I am unable to attend and know about this in advance, I will contact my top 3 trusted wedding photographer associates who I regularly work with (and know my style) to see if they are available. I am also fortunate to belong to multiple networks of wedding photographers that will hopefully be able to offer their service on my behalf. If in the unlikely event that this can’t happen you will be fully refunded. I must point out that I have never been unable to attend a wedding due to illness, it would have to be something severe to stop me! The safety of my clients, and their guests will always be a top priority.

Do I own the rights to my wedding photos?

You have permission to print and share your wedding photos for personal use. The photographic rights always remain with the photographer. The use of the photos by myself can be discussed in more detail, client discretion is always honoured.
