Not only is it a great place for your couple portraits and family photos, it is an amazing location to hold your drinks reception – perfect for candid guest photography whilst you celebrate with your friends and family.

2. The Orangery

As indoor venues go, this is a photographers dream! Flooded with natural light, the large space is perfect for documenting wedding speeches and celebrations. During the evening as the sun sets, the orangery fills with fairy lights and creates a dreamy look ready for your evening celebrations.

3. Elmhay Village

For a quieter and more secluded place that is only a short distance away from your guests, the village is a great location to start for your couple portraits. To the entrance of the village is a lane lined with trees, this creates the perfect dappled light at the end of the day for your dreamy golden hour photos!

4. Orchardleigh Castle

For an epic backdrop to your couple photos, Orchardleigh Castle certainly delivers! And it’s still within the estate, just a 5 minute drive from Elmhay Park.

5. Portraits by night

The Iron Pergola within the Walled Garden is a popular spot for evening portraits. Using the ambient light and introducing flash lighting, the venue can take on a whole new look. I can produce some creative, standout images for your gallery. These often end up being some of the most unique photos from the whole day.
